Our fee

Common questions from owners
I don't speak Croatian. Is that a problem?
No. The contract, the statements and all correspondence are in English.
Can I still use the property myself?
Yes. You block the dates you want and they're never offered. Just let us know before the season starts — July dates sell in January.
What if I don't have the categorisation certificate?
We'll take you through the process. At no separate charge if we're managing the property.

Do you take on properties outside Crikvenica?
We work between Jadranovo and Selce. Nothing further out — we couldn't be there in half an hour, and that's the whole point.
