How it started

How we work
We meet guests in person and hand over the key ourselves. We explain the house, show where everything is, and tell you where the food is good and which beach suits whom.
If something stops working, tell us and we fix it. We do not open a ticket and we do not send you to a form.
We answer enquiries in English, German and Croatian, usually the same day.
Why only two properties
Because we could not run more this way. An agency with fifty units does not know how old which boiler is or who last cleaned which house. We do, and that is the only advantage a small host has over a large one.
